Job Title: Lunchtime Supervisor  

Actual Annual Salary:  £4,120 - £4,206 Based on hours and weeks worked

Full Time Equivalent Salary: CLF Grade Ai (£24,310 - £24,819) based on Full Time hours, All year round

Contract Type: Permanent, Term time only

Hours: 7.5 per week

Provisional Start Date: As soon as possible 

We are looking for a caring and enthusiastic Lunchtime Supervisor to join our supportive and dedicated team at Haywood Village Academy. This is a part-time role, working 7.5 hours per week, perfect for someone who is passionate about working in a school environment.

As part of a growing and ambitious organisation, we’re seeking someone who is professional, reliable, and committed to helping create a safe and positive lunchtime experience for all our pupils.

You will have:

• good relationship-building skills and able to proactively engage with students and other staff members.

• strong interpersonal skills, in particular demonstrates empathy and active listening.

• the ability to deal with inappropriate behaviour in a calm and non-judgemental way, following academy guidance.

• patience, be calm and be able to work under pressure

• positive values and attitudes in order to be a role model to our students.

Haywood Village Academy has classes in Pre-school, Reception and year groups 1 to 6. The school was judged Outstanding by Ofsted in May 2025.
