Full Time Equivalent Salary: £35,852 – £39,649 – CLF Grade E (Based on 37 hours per week, all year round)
Contract Type: Fixed-Term until 31/10/2026
Hours: Full-time, 37 hours per week, Monday to Friday / Term Time Only including inset days, with an additional 2 weeks worked out of term time

We are looking for a motivated individual who holds a commitment for improving the life chances for children and young people, to become our Primary School Partnerships Lead!
This is an opportunity to strengthen King’s Oak Academy’s relationships with partner primary schools, families and community partners to build trust, foster belonging and remove barriers to consistent attendance.
We are particularly seeking someone with a desire to support families as they navigate the transition from primary to secondary school, fostering deeper connections with our partner primary schools to ensure a continuous and coherent pathway from cradle to career for every child. The role will involve working closely with colleagues across our community to create a joined-up approach that supports pupils’ wellbeing, engagement and readiness for learning at every stage of their journey.
The successful candidate will also understand the barriers to school attendance, particularly for disadvantaged or vulnerable pupils, and have knowledge of effective strategies so that they can engage families and improve children’s attendance in school.
About you:
You will have:
• Proven experience of building positive relationships with families, children, and community partners.
• Ability to analyse attendance and engagement data to identify trends and plan appropriate interventions.
• Experience of working with schools or community organisations to support children’s learning, wellbeing, or attendance.
• A professional qualification in working with young people or related field and/or equivalent experience.
• Graduate level education or equivalent professional experience.
• Full, clean driving licence with willingness to obtain business insurance or ability to travel to other sites or for home visits.
